Background of Program Speakers
Bob Vosburg
The founder of 9G Enterprises, Bob is a rare mix of management and leadership talent, having spent half his professional life
in the military, and the other half in the corporate world. Bob's undergraduate degree is in Aerospace Engineering and his Masters
in Astronautically Engineering. Graduating from pilot training as a distinguished graduate and his class's most "Outstanding Second
Lieutenant", he finished his F-111 training as the class's "Top Gun".
Bob taught Aeronautical Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy before flying F-16s in Japan where he was Squadron Top Gun.
His last military assignment was as Air Force ROTC Commandant of cadets, where he taught leadership, management and Officership. Following the
Air Force, Bob joined a super-regional bank and managed an institutional sales group dealing with over 500 banks. He quickly moved to be head
of strategic programs and oversaw a regional sales team with emphasis on private banking, trust services, brokerage and investment management.
Bob's is currently responsible for 9G's vision, strategy and leadership, with a goal to move the organization into the word of organizational
consulting, focusing on increasing organizational productivity, leadership effectiveness and motivation.
Deb Walker-Keegan
As President of Medical Practice Dimensions, Dr. Keegan assists medical practices and health care organizations improve practice operations,
enhance revenue performance and align physician compensation systems. She has over twenty-five years experience in health care, both as a health
care and management consultant and as a medical practice administrator, managing numerous academic clinical departments including primary care,
surgery and ancillary departments. She has directed practice operations, designed ambulatory health care facilities, managed professional fee
billing operations and information systems, developed marketing strategies, instituted documentation and monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance,
and planned and managed clinical teaching and research programs.
Dr. Keegan has expertise in medical practice operations and efficiency, professional fee billing operations, physician productivity and compensation plans, medical practice staffing, academic funds flow modeling and administration and organizational assessments. A fellow of the American Academy of Medical Practice Executives,
Dr. Keegan earned her MBA at UCLA and her PhD at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University.
Sarah Larch
Sara is the Chief Operating Officer of University Physicians, Inc., the family practice plan of the University of Maryland School of Medicine in
Baltimore, with over 450 physicians. Sara is Past Board Chair of the Medical Group Management Association, and Past President of the Academic
Practice Assembly and the Association of Managers of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has written numerous articles, in a variety of professional
journals, related to medical practice management and is the co-author of the book, "The Physician Billing Process: Potholes in the Road to Getting Paid".
Sara is a nationally recognized speaker and lecturer, with topics including billing and reimbursement, practice operations, and women leadership.
